What if my AED is used during an actual emergency?

Simply notify us and we’ll schedule an emergency site visit at no extra charge. We’ll inspect the device, replace the used pads, and confirm it’s back to full readiness.

Can I add more AEDs mid‑year?

Absolutely. Any new device added will be $200 for the remainder of the contract year.

Do I have to sign a long‑term contract?

No. Our program renews annually. You can cancel at any time before your next inspection.

What if a pad or battery expires between annual visits?

We monitor expiration dates proactively. If an item reaches its replacement window before your next inspection, we’ll dispatch a technician at no extra charge to swap it out.
